South Sound Center Lacey Formerly South Sound Mall, South Sound Center is a power center located in Lacey, Washington. Its major stores include Target, Sears and Kohls. Prior to a re-development in 2001, the center was a 500,000 square foot enclosed mall. South Sound Mall opened originally in 1966.
